What need to be prepared before SwifOLS conversion?

A full Swiftec data backup can be executed to an external storage target, such as a USB HDD, NAS, or cloud‑based server. Prior to initiating the backup process, it is essential to verify that sufficient free space is available on the system drive (C:), as temporary files and intermediate data may be generated during the operation. Detailed step‑by‑step instructions and recommended backup procedures will be provided by us.

Yes, it is mandatory. Internet connection is needed for AnyDesk remote connection but also for conversion service. SwifOLS conversion service is partly cloud based and it needs internet connection to run it.

Yes, almost everything will be converted to WinOLS projects. However, you should understand that the structure of a Swiftec project description is very different from that of a WinOLS project. The Swiftec project description is much simpler compared to WinOLS. This means some WinOLS project properties will remain empty because Swiftec does not provide source data for them.

Yes. 149,00 EUR is the minimum flat rate. It includes coversion 1-1000 projects.

Sure, as long you have valid EVC customer number and genuine Swiftec and WinOLS, you can buy SwifOLS conversion service.

There is nothing you need to be concerned about. Your data is never copied or transmitted externally. All project files and related data are processed locally on your own hard disk during the conversion workflow.

After the operation completes successfully, only a small log file is uploaded. This log file contains a high‑level summary of the process only—it does not include any project contents, maps, binaries, identifiers, or other sensitive information. An identical copy of the log file is also stored locally on your system for your own reference.

Yes, it is fully possible to perform a mass‑export of Swiftec project files only. We can bypass the WinOLS conversion and instead export all Swiftec project data directly into a specified target directory.

During this operation, each project is extracted from the Swiftec storage structure, validated, and written to the target directory. On this option no WinOLS project files are generated, and no additional processing steps are applied.
